
Medical Exercise, also called Medical Fitness, provides guided exercise programs and personal training to:
- people living with or overcoming a health issue or medical condition
- after injury, surgery, or illness
- people transitioning from physical therapy
- pre and post natal women
- people currently undergoing medical treatments
- women going through menopause
A 2022 study found that adults who participated in a Medical Exercise program 3 times per week lowered their risk of hospitalization by 39% and their risk of death by 60%.
